To further implement the requirements for strategic development planning 2018-2022 for Sinolight Corporation, make clear Haisum's development strategy for the next five years, and promote the long steady development of enterprise, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd convened the kick-off meeting for preparation of strategic development planning. The meeting was presided over by Xu Datong, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd and attended by President Bian Junyi, Li Yimin, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Vice President Qi Yongyi, CFO Lin Lin, Headquarters General Manager Zhou Yuan, and the persons in charge of various functional and professional departments of the headquarters, and of the Investment Company.
The kick-off meeting for preparation of strategic development planning consists of three parts.
First, Zhou Lifeng, Director of Chairman's Office and Securities Investment Department introduced the background, guiding ideology, overall train of thought, and schedule requirements, etc. for the preparation of strategic planning. Then, executives of the Company communicated with each other in respect of the preparation of strategic planning based on their own assignments, and brought forward comments, suggestions and detailed requirements for next working steps. President Bian Junyi stressed that, in view of the time constraint, heavy task and stringent requirements of the present strategic planning, the company management and the departments concerned have to pull people together, perform in-depth thinking, race against time, follow out the group leaders' requirements, and take advantage of high efficiency and teamwork to make and implement plans in a satisfactory manner.
Finally, Chairman Xu Datong delivered a summary speech. According to Chairman Xu, strategic planning serves as an "outline" that determines the overall direction of the Company's development in future. Since the building of two platforms, the three institutional reforms, the "four benefits" program, and the "five priorities" corporate culture are carried out based on strategy, everybody has to attach great importance to strategic planning, take practical measures and intensify cooperation under unified command and arrangement by the leading group and working group, thereby assuring the high quality and rigorous standard of finished strategic planning. Chairman Xu raised three detailed requirements: First, it's essential to closely conform to the guiding ideology and overall train of thought for the preparation of the group company's strategic planning, and always adhere to the business development concept of "market-centered, profit-targeted, issue-oriented and demand-guided". Second, it's important to follow out the requirements raised by Sinolight Corporation Chairman Zhang Wanshun for "three views" (view Haisum from Haisum; view Haisum by getting out of Haisum; view Haisum from Haisum), use outside directors' layout insight for reference, and pull together the collective intelligence of executives of the joint-stock company, the management of subsidiaries, and various departments of the headquarters so as to prepare the planning favorably. Third, adhere to strategy implementation principle, guide subsidiaries strategy development by class, establish a complete set of operable custom action plans based on requirements at different levels (domination by the Company; emphasis on assistance; priority to implementation, etc.) to assure the strategy implementation, and follow out one blueprint to the end.
This meeting marks the official initialization of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd's preparation of strategic development planning. All departments concerned of the Company will make concerted efforts, strictly comply with the group company's schedule requirements, and work together to draw the blueprint of rational development and promote the healthy and orderly development of Haisum.
